To most existing customers I gave a discount if they wanted to switch to the WP version. These were different products for different platforms. The WP plugin has never cost more than $79 for a single site lifetime license. Honestly, offering a lifetime license was the biggest business mistake I ever made. I will likely only offer annual licenses for any future software product I develop. Furthermore, when I created Tube Ace in late 2008 I did not expect to still be selling it 15 years later.. yet, here I am. As I mentioned earlier, Tube Ace is one of the most successful WP plugins in existence.
