She is obviously talking from personal experience at property she owns. She has every right to rent to whoever she wants. The fact she is in another country, she can also say whatever she wants about Americans. If you don’t like what she said, don’t rent from her if you go to Jamaica. There are probably a few people who have already contacted her to rent out her place. She will do more business than ever.

Stereotypes exist for a reason. This lady put out her opinion based on HER experience. Plus if she's only had TWO positive experiences(guests) out of all her guests of a certain "type" (regardless of whatever race), that's only going to reinforce her beliefs.
