You're paying $78 a month just for ip addresses, that's crazy talk to your host have them give you a discount.

Having a few sites on the same ip has not impacted my ranking over the years

15 years ago the recommendation was to have sites on individual IPs. It used to be a selling point for hosting providers, even on shared hosting. Times have changed.
