Exactly. They moved to Canada to apparently get away from all the public scrutiny and to live more "normal" lives. Then they do the Opera interview, the Netflix series and Harry writes his book. They are more in the public eye now than they have ever been

They have been anything but a "normal" family. They have been in the news and public space all that time. Before anyone misunderstands me I do not wish any harm to them nor anyone else for that matter. But you have to realize when you marry into the "Firm" you are not marrying into a regular family, you are marrying into the British royal family that has over 11 centuries of history. You are marrying into a role that requires and demands you uphold certain protocols, traditions, standards and public expectations.

As a member of that family you have to uphold those things expected of your place in the firm.

I have said this more times than I can remember, the British people are very caring and understanding of individuals who enter the family, but you have to not take that for granted. That opinion can change very fast.

Princess Diana divorced and could not stay off the tabloids, she was dating guys of all types, but I can guarantee you at Williams coronation the last thing that would have been acceptable was for his step dad to be an Muslim Arab. Not being racist just saying how I see it. Then again accidents do happen.

Just about everyone in the UK knew that Charles was in love with Camilla, they sold it in the media he will marry her, then it was she will be queen consort, then she became queen Camilla. She is a divorcee but she has been very respectful of her role in the firm, why she is accepted and loved by many.

Then comes along Megan Markle, a divorced mixed race woman, not against any race but this is all uncharted territory in the history of the royal family. She had the late Queen's blessing and trust me if she had not been given the nod she would never have married Harry. Instead of Harry and Megan being your normal royals they start talking, then they pack their bags move out, this is the British royal family we are talking about.

Again not saying race, divorce or anything has to do with the paparazzi chase, I wish them well, I mean it, but they need to get on with being less in the news, less controversial and live their lives happily ever after. maybe consider this chase as a wake up call that accidents can happen.

Yep I have to agree with you there. When Megan came along there seemed to be nothing but positive press about her in the UK. They were talking about "Megan Mania" and even how William and Kate felt left out because all the focus was on Harry and Megan. I didn't even realise she was mixed race until she mentioned it on the Oprah interview

Its interesting that the paparazzi are not chasing William and Kate all over the place. They seem to have a much more cordial relationship with the press and Kate hasn't put a foot wrong as far as I can tell. She is one classy lady and I dont care what anybody says, there is no way he would have pulled her if he wasnt a prince !!

Apparently there was no collision and no injuries. At one point Harry and Megan switched cars and got into a yellow taxi and according to the taxi driver, the paparazzi were NOT aggressively chasing them. And other witnesses have reported that it was Harry's drivers that were driving like idiots

Obviously i dont know how true this is but it does suggest that it could be Harry and Megan blowing this up out of all proportion
