It is a merger you can spin the words any which way until tomorrow and the bigger partner is Livejasmin so that is my 1 cent. If I am wrong anyone from Cherry.tv or livejasmin is welcome to come tell me I am mistaken.My guess you will not see any one come tell me I am wrong.
