Why I used to hate Sundays

I hope you're having/have had a great Sunday...

How would you like to have more Sunday's in your life?

More days where YOU are in control.

Let me explain...

Over 6 years ago now, Sunday was the day where I'd be getting my clothes ready (for the week).

It's the day when I would basically be heading back to the office - wherever I was working that week.

"Commute day" for want of a better expression!

And then I'd spend the week away from home.

It was great at first. I got to see a lot of the country and it was never dull...

But then, I got pretty fed up of basically having Saturday as my ONLY day off. As I'm sure you can appreciate!

Because Friday was also "commute day" - where I'd be heading home for what was my weekend.

Sometimes not getting home until 8pm, 9pm or even 10pm!

NOT a great start to the weekend as I'm sure you'll agree.

But I knew NO different.

I didn't have another option at that point.

I was stuck.

I'm so glad I started to look for something else - a different way...

Sundays were a bad day when I was a child living at home, we went to Church every week, I stopped going to Church at 17 when I moved out.

I never liked church or Sundays. Next day was back to school day :)

As a teenager, Sunday was the most boring day of the week. Then when I turned 20, Sunday became the most exciting day for me because it's church day. Twenty four years later, it still excites me going to church.

My boyfriend made me breakfast yesterday, we spent 2 hours in bed talking about our families and how they interfere in our relationship. It was a great Sunday for me having an open talk with my man. How was your Sunday.
