I have this email last night about some Cpanel error. It tells e how to fix it but where do I go to do this command.

Access command line in cpanel thru terminal window, or use putty to connect to your server.

What I do in nearly every case when I have some warning or advisory email generated by my server, and I think of it like this, I am saving the techs time asking them to fix he issue before they have to come redo the whole server once i have messed things up

Looks like some of the files are fucked up. Could've happened during an install/update or whatever. The command that he's supposed to run checks all files and automatically fixes anything that's screwed up. It's from command line which can be accessed from the terminal within cpanel or by connecting via putty. Root permissions are required for the commend to run. Easy as pie
