I know I eat everything but in moderation, but not a tub of ice cream that size or a bun that big, maybe 5% of them. The idea is not to get to the point where you have to inject yourself with insulin a couple times a day. If my 500mg-50mg Janumet XR is controlling it I want to keep it that way. Especially when I hate popping pills, no pill is safe they all have some side effect or harmful effect over time.

Breyers ice cream is the shit. If it ain't Breyers, it ain't shit. I don't know what in the hell a milky bun is but it looks way too sweet for my taste.
