Zombaio had a bad rep a few years back. Has this changed over the last couple years?

Not sure about that but I do know in the past they would scrub shit loads of sales even ones that looked to be 100% genuine.

The one thing Zombaio had going for it is that you could avoid the annual crap fee in the US but who cares if you don't get paid for your legit sales? Fuck that.
Bill by Verotel also lets you avoid the crap fee. Per transaction percentage is a little steep but it's all inclusive and you won't have to face the annual 1k crap fee. Might be a good option for sites just starting out or with low volume. It's for adult, subscription sales, per item sales, affiliate program, integrates with woocommerce like a charm.

Verotel has been around a long time, had them in the billing cascade at one time... it used to be quite difficult for an individual to get an account with them though far as I recall, but yeah ideal if you can't afford the 1k up front.
