19.5% non recurring and 21% recurring .... ouch !!!

No wonder they dont charge the visa fees lol

The registration fees are only for Visa and they are around $500 per annum last time i checked. Most billers will split that over say 6 months

Yep, the percentage is high. MC has annual fee as well, not just visa. Their fees are all inclusive, so that's good. If you compare it to ccbill and add it all up, it's not too bad. If your site is just starting out and volume is low, this can be a viable option.

Ahh ok. I didn't realise that fee included MC too. When ccbill email us once a year, they just refer to it as the Visa registration fee. Funnily enough, I'm pretty sure our merchant account DOESNT charge us MC or Visa registration fees and we pay less than 6% there.

ok yes your right. if you compare it to ccbill (which is normally around 14%-15%) then https://bill.creditcard would be cheaper up to a turnover of around $8,300.00 per annum if Ive done the math right. Anything over that then its cheaper to go with ccbill.

There is also Epoch (rates around 17% last time i checked) but the big advantage with them is they offer Paypal signups

Tacnet the rates have not changed in over 20 years, they started out around 15% and rolling hold back of about 6% and stayed with it, only reason I believe CCbill got big was their free affiliate software.
