A simple chaturbate embed widget using the chaturbate api

What are the main issues implementing this for bonga?

1. the api call when done locally using ajax gets blocked by add blockers.
2. the iframes using bongas code also get blocked by adblockers
3. i do not know if there is a way to pull, like on cb, from the whitelabel instead of from the site bonga has their links pointing to (bngprm.com). This is because I did not want to go through the hassle of doing a white label there as it appears that you must buy a security cert (notice on the front of the whitelabel screen)

All BongaCams White Labels should be switched to https to meet our resource standards. Please contact your personal manager to select the most suitable option for purchasing an SSL certificate.

4. On the version 2 api which is what i would use because i can limit the pull to 1 cam, you cannot pull by gender

I might be able to get something working with a server side solution using php but i am trying to keep this whole thing pretty simple

i just tested this widget and i got a live cam not a private

i forgot a touch of code in here, i usually check to make sure the current status is public and i did not do that, i instead assumed they were only returning live public cams

i will see what i can do about that

however, even if they are public when i parse the api data does not mean they won't go private a second later, ya know?

I have modified the code in order to try to avoid private rooms

i changed code in the sarettah_cb_widget.js file

first i changed the api call to pull in a limit of 50 cams. we will use the first cam that comes in as public for this

then down in the parse_data function i changed it to loop through the returned cams until it finds a public cam (usually will be the first cam)

I don't know what you are asking.

I have this set to send to the room so the user can spend money. This is an embed. Why would i want the user to stay on the site i am on where they can't spend any money?

I was reviewing this thread today and found a mistake Hate when i do that. My apologies to all.

It is a pretty big mistake that would affect you getting credit for your hits.

In the javascript (sarettah_cb_widget.js) down around line 47 and then again around line 51 I inadvertently left my webmaster id in the string.

So, in the code, I end up concatenating your webmaster id onto my webmaster id and it ends up being a webmaster id that does not exist and therefore nobody gets credit for the hit

I have put a new javascript file up on the server in the zip file https://sexycamfoxes.com/sarettah_cb_widget.zip with the lines corrected.

If you want to fix the code yourself then where the code says:

again my apologies, i am sorry for causing anybody anybody any issues

edited in: I just realized that the webmaster id error is in the url pulling the video so it is where the cookie would be set. Since we are also doing our webmaster id on url when somebody clicks in then there is a chance you will get credit, depends on if Chaturbate allows an invalid webmaster id in the cookie.
