Hello everyone,

I would like to apologize for the slow support we've been providing recently. It's true that trade scripts, in general, have been experiencing a decline over the past few years. This is partly due to the rise of tube sites with full-length videos and search engines favoring such websites. To sustain our business, we've had to take on additional projects.

One of the main challenges in supporting a project like TE3 is the sheer volume of support requests we receive daily. Often, users don't consult the documentation before asking for assistance, expecting free support. The time required to resolve issues varies significantly, sometimes taking just 10 minutes, while other times requiring several hours.

Furthermore, many issues are server-related, necessitating extensive communication with server administrators to find a solution. We've been working on a new version of TE3, ensuring compatibility with PHP 8.1. However, the features remain largely unchanged from the previous version.

When it comes to adding new features, we want to prioritize those that benefit the majority of our users. We understand that some users request unique features, but catering to specific use cases can add complexity to an already complex system, potentially hindering the experience for other users.

We're open to considering new features based on your collective feedback. If there's a general consensus on the most desired additions, we'll be happy to explore their implementation. Once again, we apologize for the recent support delays and appreciate your understanding.

'I do believe' they said they are accepting testers for php8+ - all positive news - just need patience! People should just be glad they are still here to offer support and upgrades. At the very least.
