A high traffic site any site with traffic, you can always remake the site what is important is the traffic.Look how many times sex.com has been redone.
Very good idea traffic is what makes sales

Go big on blogs, you can start hundreds of them for $5K spend another $5K on traffic, another $5k on seo and keep the $10k for backup.

$25,000 is not enough to start any program if you think about it, you have to go with free sites.
