Some are still on the contact pages of sites but do not live up to their role.

I have noticed that myself. Half the reps are so bad they jump from one program to the next and get laid off just as fast.

The other half either forget to edit the NATS generic contact page or have no contact information

This one is just laziness and yes I have seen my share of them.

Programs are hiring the worst reps possible. Try get a rep to help you with missing payments this year, they will ignore you. I have 4 reps not even replying to where my money is.

Very frustrated with these 4 jerks.
