x-art.com does a better job of pink on black and is a little easier on the eyes, and a better pink imho.

A lot of people don't really know how they can fully customize their menus, too, so maybe they edited all that they could with the theme they're using/CSS knowledge?

i definitely do not have any css knowledge, nor do i know how to customize menus

that's why i always outsource my work

Not to add insult here but in all my time I have never figured out css and wish it never existed. I have a hell of a time to do changes and end up paying a designer to redo themes on my blogs.
