easy way to change sites to new host

Hello sorry if this is a dumb question but first time doing it (and hoping last time) what is the easy way to take sites from one host to next host. On my host now there is no Controlpanel,the new hosting has control panel.

I hate moving to another host, it is always a pain checking and fixing any errors,good luck Bruno

Most hosts will be able to do this for you but if not, its not too difficult

That is what my host setup on my server to backup my files each night to another box,good little program.

I have used rsync and it is a nice box of tricks for sure,you set things up and leave it alone.
