Indeed it is! Well maybe not if you're selling privacy guard. As a surfer I actually like the changes in the law. It pisses me off when I have to create accounts at sites (for whatever reason) and then there's no option to delete my info and close the account.

20 million fine... if I actually had 20 million to spare I wouldn't be fucking about with an online business in the first place anyway.

Hell with $250K I would get out of this and start a small shop in the Galleria sell ice cream, those places make a fortune.
