Everything kills you. Life is terminal. Vape is the lesser of two evils.

It was a stepping stone for me to get off smoking. I been off cigarettes since September 2020 when I switched to vaping nicotine salt. Then in August 2021 I got completely off nicotine by switching to 0mg vape juice. I ditched the vape pen in February 2022 for a "mindful breathing straw" necklace. I still suck on it occasionally.

I had smoked my entire life. I remember stealing smokes from my mom when I was in grade school. At age 12 I had a daily habit. I tried the patch, antidepressants, cold turkey, step-down filters, whatever and I never managed to quit. Vapes finally made it happen for me.
