I totally agree. We never knew his mother's stance on anything because she could never voice her opinion but we know Charles' stance on say global warming for example. He was promoting a green economy decades ago before anybody else had even thought about it. Infact we all took the piss out of him

Im a Brit like you and I pity the royal family because pretty much EVERY other person who lives in the public spotlight (politicians, rock stare, athletes etc) CHOSE to be there.

The royal family had NO choice, they were born to it.
