want to ask about Shopify

Hello I just had an email from this forum that I have registered and not introduced myself.I did register last year then had covid-19 pretty bad. I was sick for 2 weeks. Then I tried to get back to life and work forgot I had even registered here. Well I am Estella I live in Los Angeles,I am 23 and make earrings at home. I want to start a site sell some. I know this is an adult forum but I thought I would ask since I did not get much luck on a so called non-adult forum.I originally had the idea to start an adult site why I registered here but I have changed plans.So if it is not alright to ask about non-adult ideas here I am fine with the rules. My question is the following.I have the earrings and make some every week,right now I have about 13o pairs. Is Shopify the best way to get them online?

Can't tell if Shopify is the best option. When it comes to building an online store we usually recommend WP (Woocommerce) or suggest creating a fully customized solution.

The shipping costs are always what get me with running a site where you sell goods. How much of that eats into your profit margins.

I disagree if you are starting out and are not good at design yourself Shopify is the best option

Have you considered selling on the Etsy platform instead of putting up a store? My daughter used them about 10-12 years ago and I don't recall her ever griping about them.
