what is your opinion on Verotel
I have run across 2 programs lately that use Verotel, anything you can share about them would be cool. Are they as good as CCbill with payouts?

They've been around for a long time. We were using them as a backup processor about 10 years or so ago

Key word I took away from this reply was "WERE" not "ARE"

All of these payment processor companies charge too much
Stop looking for reps if they don't care why waste your time and traffic at their program, fuck that.

Never seen a rep but then again none of the other payment systems such as CCbill or Epoch seem to have reps any more.

Exactly. Your much better off getting your own merchant account and you'll pay around 5-6% rather than the 15% that the likes of CCBill charge

They have been right around 15% plus the reserves of 5 to 6% from the early days, how they got away and still get away with these ridiculous rates is a mystery to me.
Basically 20% of the gross sale is already gone before you even factor in affiliate split, content, marketing, hosting, design, programming, miscellaneous costs.

You have to wonder what the markup in rates they pay for the money is, I'll take a guess at least 10%
