Good for you. There's no excuse for late paying sponsors, its not as if they dont already have the money sitting in their accounts

I am proud to say that, in nearly 20 years we have never been late with a SINGLE payout

What if you get sued by one of the sponsors you list there, then what.

I am no lawyer so this is not to be taken as legal advice, but how I see it on what ground would any non-paying or late paying sponsor sue you for if all you state are the facts. Payment earned on so and so date, payment not received "X" number of days later. If you do not add, modify or omit any facts I can not really see them suing you and winning the case.

Now anyone can sue anyone for the most trivial of reasons, will the court take on the case, will they prevail and will they collect any damages , that is another question.

I highly doubt a sponsor who can not pay a few hundred bucks to the affiliate who has legitimately earned the money has the means to pay a lawyer to defend them, most of the time the reason sponsors do not pay or drag out the payement for affiliates is because they are broke. Or using the funds to cover other expenses.

By the way the hourly fee for most lawyers is not worth defending the case if they have no leg to stand on, they might as well pay the affiliate his or her earnings be done with it. On the flip side getting a judgment against a broke sponsor is just as much trouble enforcing it especially if you are not in the same city or state.

My 2 non-legal cents of an opinion.

This is absolutely correct. Ive studied commercial law in a previous life and so long as you state the facts, there is nothing anybody can do about it

To be honest, you can even state your opinion and there is nothing they can do about it. Its no different than leaving a poor review on amazon for example

In order to sue you for defamation or slander they first have to prove what you said was wrong (and malicious) and secondly they have to be able to put a monetary value on it. ie we lost x amount of business because you wrote whatever. They have to be able to state what X is which is almost impossible in most cases.

Go ahead and publish your list
