How do you escape the heat? Especially when there's no air conditioner and no fan either.

It is a 100F here and if my air con went out I would die , have no idea what to say Kuprum except good luck.

Pray for Fall to arrive quickly,I hate the Summers always have, Spring, Fall and Winter are the best for me, heat and me do not mix. I have the AC on all the time.

Thank you, my friend. I used to walk all day (in the mountains too) in 40+ Celsius in the shade with no problem. Fahrenheit is in the neighborhood of 110. And on the beach from morning till night. And now... Immediately you realize that the body has been "growing" over the years.
