When you backup in CPanel can you do just your sites not all the crap that goes with the server?

You can pick all or part of the server files to backup.
WHC > backup > backup configuration >

There you can pick and chose how often to backup and what to backup.

You want a weekly backup of everything in case shit hits the fan and you need to move to a new server

Because I only need your sites to restore not the OS, stats,and associated server stuff

How you can run sites without CPanel is a serious problem. Pricing is reasonable and not a big deal.

jetbackup is much better then the built in cpanel backup worth the $$$

It’s a backup plugin for cpanel and other control panels costs around $7 a month to buy.
