They've been threatening to for a while now and with the west embroiled in a war in Ukraine and the Chinese economy shrinking, I think they will go for it.

Not that you are always wrong, but I hope this statement goes with your track record.

One China KNOWS that America can barely help a country and completely change the outcome of the invasion/war.
We give them our outdated weapons and training and this alone changes the direction of the conflict.

Two America is not really involved directly in any conflicts at this time, so really America is ready for a fight anywhere anytime.

Three, Taiwan is only 70% because of the slave labor used in Taiwan. My definition of "slave".
