If I can do it anyone can, I quit cold turkey 3 years ago this July. Not to lie on special occasions like birthdays I will get a glass and play with it for an hour to toast and not have to be the center of attention where everyone starts asking me how it's going, am I still a non-drinker. But if you add up all the drinks I have had in early 3 years it would not be a a bottle of wine. Stick to it brotha it is the best thing you can do for yourself.

I am trying to get my boyfriend to reduce his drinking, when we go out he always comes home throwing up all the way. It is getting to me and I tell him all the time if he dos not manage his drinking I am going to leave him.
