I need a program to remove and overlay watermark from a video

Hi, I would like you to recommend me a program that removes watermark from videos but without reconverting the video again.
I have already tried several different programs that perfectly remove the watermark and also add a watermark, but they again reconvert the video, which makes a loss of quality. For this reason, I require a specific program that only removes watermark, and superimposes a new watermark on the video, but without converting it again. For example - BoilSoft Video Splitter / BoilSoft Video Joiner simply cuts part of the video, or merges several separate parts into one whole video clip, but does so without re-converting. I hope someone recommends a watermark removal / overlay program, but does so without re-converting.

I forgot to emphasize that the videos are my property, I shooted them with my iOS camera, and I have to clear the watermark because we will replace the old logo with a new one!

I cant see how you can remove a watermark without re-compiling the video. Cuts, splits and joins can all be done without re-encoding but as soon as you want to change the actual video output, thats when you need to re-encode

That's I "bold" it, because I already because I have already answered this question, if you have carefully read my previous answers ... But I will repeat again - we want to replace the old logo with a new logo, a new name, but not only that, but also a new geometric badge in 3D design.

I hope the quality of my videos does not deteriorate after changing the watermark, because you know that when you create your own art work, each video is unique, and there is no how to make the "same" video again.
