UK traffic is worth mint, my conversion ratios are consistently high with their traffic, going to miss it.

My final word on this, the UK has lost their moral high ground on democracy and open speech.

The law applies to all websites, not just those in the UK.BraSSballs wrote: ↑May 1st, 2018, 11:05 amWhat if UK websites incorporate offshore, do they still face the same laws.

This is how I read the law, which means any website that gets UK visitors has to be careful.

Yeah that is the size of it... though if you are located outside of the UK and your domain is not hosted in the UK then there is probably nothing the can legally do about it other than threaten you... however it's a bit like the DMCA bullshit legally they cant touch you if you are hosted outside of the USA and not an American citizen BUT you still get all the threats regardless of where you are in addition 95% of the hosting providers no matter their location either will shit their pants if they get contacted regarding DMCA then shut you down until you have have removed the content in question ! (the hosting provider in my sig won't do that though !)...
Now with all that in mind the easiest solution to the problem is to make your domain privacy protected and then use Cloud Flare as no matter how hard you try or what legal entity you happen to be Cloud Flare won't disclose fuck all or even respond to any requests ! I have tried in the past and also know of a few very large company's who have tried without any success either.
