Paxum; You can not transfer funds to the credit card

what is happening, is this true. I have nothing in there so i am safe. But their bank (is it still choice Choice bank in Belize) is not allowing funds from the wallet to the cc?

$45 a year for the card, first it was no more US personal accounts, then recently announced a $5 fee if you do not use your account in 6 months and more fees, so do we get a refund on the card fee if we can not use it......................any paxum reps here today.
