Godaddy 99 Cent codes are only good one time?

[fantastico]

I found a code for a 99 Cent new dot com registration, it said I have used a similar code before so it is not valid. I called Godaddy and the guy I talked to said it's one similar code per account for ever. Has anyone run into this?

[zomgmike]

I haven't run into that specifically but I know they really limit the usage of them; so that would be in character.

I have used a 99 cent code more than once in the past 4 years, not the same one obviously, may be they changed the terms of their codes.

This is news to me

[Nakedtruth]

Well that sucks if it's one per customer for ever

[urbanlegend]

I called them on Saturday they said pretty much that.

You know these 1 buck deals are only good for one time per account, you can not use every buck promo that comes out once you used one.

That's what Godaddy told me yesterday. Once you have used a 99 cent coupon it's all you get for the account.

This took me by surprise too, so I called over there, that's what the guy said.

Yes it it is once in a lifetime special after researching this online
