Subject: New KYC Policy
Dear Affiliate,
Due to the ever changing financial regulations, we are now required to confirm your identity in order to send out payments, regardless of the payment method.
Before the next payout date (earliest April 14th), please kindly complete the ID verification.
You can find the link to complete verification on the profile page (https://www.tsunami-cash.com/client/profile) under the Payment section.
Please specify if you are an individual or business. Note that businesses will have to verify the identity of the ultimate beneficial owner.
We are using the service provided by iDenfy which has strict data safety standards and will automate the process as much as possible. If it's successful you will see "verified" in green. However you may have problems with their system, in which case please contact us by email if you have any trouble and we will do our best to get you verified.
If you change the payment information or your personal information you will have to complete the verification process again.
Sometimes the iDenfy ID scanning doesn't read your name correctly. In that case please contact us and we will correct any mistakes.
Please bear with us with this new requirement. We want to make sure we can comply and continue to do business with you.
Best regards,
Tsunami Cash Team

"Initially, these regulations were imposed only on the financial institutions but now the non-financial industry, fintech, virtual assets dealers, and even non-profit organizations are liable to oblige. From the first paragraph in that article, explains why programs are having to do more KYC. They are only doing what is required by law, they can be sued ( anyone can sue any one else) but good luck winning if they are only complying with the law.

a hacker got all of it!
I agree with you, hopefully they do not use plain text but encrypt the information. But if it is the law ( which it appears to be from that article) they have to comply what are their choices. Big brother wants to know when you eat, when you shit and when you sleep, nothing you do is going to slip by them. I was reading online that in some major cities they are introducing facial recognition cameras and tracking every move people do.

I am new to adult but I agree knowing your client means getting their id, name address, not their photo.BrasSmonkey wrote: ↑March 31st, 2022, 9:43 amevery gov copy i never seen it there.misterporn wrote: ↑March 31st, 2022, 8:53 amWhere does it say banks or any other company have to keep a copy of the client's r affiliates mug shot on file, how is this KYC?

Is this a case of sponsors following the lead of another sponsor or has some new law come into affect
