what is a good size to set for WP file sizes?

My WP sites all use these settings on the php.ini file


display_errors = Off
max_execution_time = 30
max_input_time = 60
max_input_vars = 1000
memory_limit = 128M
post_max_size = 8M
session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440
session.save_path = "/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php73"
upload_max_filesize = 2M
zlib.output_compression = Off

That was not enough for some plugins I uploaded to my blogs so I doubled the sizes.
