What if Google is using page rank for their own use and not putting it out in public, could this be possible.

I doubt it they just had enough of it

I am confused how this site checks Google pagerank (PR) when I thought Google cancelled PR years ago.

Can some body explain this?

How they quote a PR for a domain makes no sense to me, PR is no more so how they bring up the page rank.
