It is a very stressful year so far so many people having issues on and offline

Stress kills people, if you have stress in your life try figure out how to reduce. If you let things bother you they will, the same with people. I enjoy every minute I am awake, if I am hungry I eat, if I want to go out to the store buy something I go, if I want to go outside have a walk I go.
Call it getting older, call it being selfish call it whatever you want. Unless I am happy doing something I don't do it any more. I hate appointments because I like to be there 5 minutes before, not being a morning person I never make an appointment to be any where before 2pm.
I was not like this 2 and a half years ago but when my doctor said you have another drink you won't see Christmas and that was only 6 months later I made some serious changes in my life and ways.

Traffic at home is enough to stress you out I was just coming home on the 405 that is never fun.
