Does the fluctuation in the price hurt you overall instead of taking paypal or credit card payments.

I found a company that has a wallet along with exchange the list of conversion methods is extensive so you can get hard cash there is even an option for your bitcoins that arrive from sources you specify to be converted straight into your local currency ! thus avoiding additional charges...
The only thing is I am having a bastard of a time trying to upgrade the account to the level I would require in order for it to operate correctly for me every additional document I throw at them they reject for various bullshit reasons at least the support staff are quick to respond and are actually suggesting other types of documents to use.

Bitcoin is one of the best options for payments in this business for end users and industry players.

How the fuck can you come to that conclusion ?
The whole process involves at least 3 to 4 separate entity's which doubles the chances for something to go wrong in the process...
Also it is fucking unstable you might be expecting say a payout of $500 but ShitCoin crashes and you end up with $100 or even worse nothing !!!
Yeah fucking amazing payment option that is Einstein.

Yes, but maybe not in the way you're thinking. Compared to mainstream payment methods, BTC is very slow to process. When our site redirects you to coinbase to pay a $99 invoice, Coinbase uses the current exchange rate. As of the moment that I'm typing this, $99 = 0.0108873 BTC. By the time you get done making the payment, that exchange rate may have fluctuated to 0.0108800, resulting in over or underpayment of a few cents or a few dollars. Billing software isn't smart enough to call it "close enough" when you pay $98.99 instead of $99, so then you've got to submit a ticket about the last cent.
People actually paying with BTC is a relatively small percentage of our client base, so even wild fluctuations don't make a huge difference. In the grand scheme of things, market has largely been good to us with the exception of last December when everyone basically got their servers half off - but because we haven't ever cashed out, server payments from a year ago have gone up in value.
But yeah, it would make an accountant cringe, way too much fluctuation to be used reliably and large scale.
Oh, and one other thought: We see WAY, WAY, WAY more fraud come through on credit cards or PayPal than BTC. I'm not sure we've ever gotten fraud or abuse on BTC. I think the reason for this, if I must speculate, is that you can buy a list of stolen cards or stolen PayPal accounts, but there's not really an equivalent to BTC. Fraudsters and abusers prefer to spend someone else's money instead of their own, which is easier to do with mainstream payment methods.
