And what do i need to be asking to see, stats, sales, domain age or what?

I am looking to buy a webcams site that makes at least $3500 a month profit.

I'd ask to see the sponsor payment data for the last 6 months and ask what the expenses were and if he/she pays for traffic or ads.

Sales numbers are the mos important number to watch, and are they going up over time or down.
Getting rich takes making money, saving a nickel will not make you rich if you never make the buck

Do NOT buy a whitelabel site, I paid $475 for one 2 years ago and the thing was a total waste of money.

If he sells for less than 10X monthly with that kind of profit he needs to go see a mental health doctor.
