How much is language a problem in this industry

I suggested this just now in another thread about Evadav and Vimmy, so throwing this out for discussion. How much of the bad support and or lack of communication is because reps are not fluent or good with the English language.

Not the real issue in my opinion, I deal with reps from all over the globe, English is definitely not their primary language in man cases but the ones who care about their work make the effort to reply and help. My honest opinion is there are a lot of people masquerading about as reps who have no business in their role.

Growing up in LA I know English and Spanish, the more languages you can speak the better.
