Looking to get a new server at another hosting company, I had it with my host.The support is slow and useless.

Before I make up my mind where to host I want to see if there are any living breathing hosting reps here so if I have issues I can get fast support.

Fancy way of saying vps , yes just as safe , aws,Microsoft , google sell billions of vps servers a year, none of them offer dedicated servers and far as I know.
