So my friend is throwing a party in Toronto on May 25th for his girlfriend, she's originally from there moved here when she was 18 to become an actress, well that has not happened after 12 years but she still thinks she will be the next A lister in Hollywood some day soon. Well he's asked a few of us to go surprise her for her 30th. He's doing at her home town because her family and friends live there. He's going to pop the question at the party.

I'm planning on flying in on the Friday leaving the following Thursday, where would you stay and what is there to do this time of the year in Toronto.

They did some of the first series in Toronto too if I am not mistaken.

Why did they film Suits in Toronto when it is a New York law series

Seems the right idea, New York is one expensive city to close streets and shoot a movie.
