I agree, free speech is the cornerstone of any democracy but in today's world of social mediea, where everybody has a voice, there has to be a line drawn somewhere

For example, if some nut job wants to go on a mass shooting spree and stream it via social media, is that considered his freedom of speech ?? Or if some terror group wants to post recruiting videos for suicide bombers ? Or a neo-nazi group wants to post race hate stuff ??

Unfortunately we live in a world where these kind of things do and will happen.

I dont pretend to know what the answer is but I think there does have to be a line drawn somewhere

The court is well on the conservative side thanks to Donald trump so it will side with conservative values and the 1st Amendment.

It does not always rule based on ideology and personal values which is a good thing.
