What other product tries to disgust and scare you on their packaging like cigarettes. Thew packaging is getting more ridiculous by the day. They not only have warnings in bold text, they show dying people, cancerous lungs, sick people. Hey guess what a smoker will smoke. It is an addiction, not proud to say I am one but that is the truth.

Other products try glorify, make their product look the best and appealing, no not cigarette boxes.

50 years ago you had John Player Special Ford Capri's, cigarette ads were on every magazine, tv commercial, racing venues and sports events. 20 years ago you could smoke in bars and restaurants. A lot of movies had actors smoking. I get why you don;t want to glorify and encourage smoking, trust me I know the harm it can do to your health. But making the packaging disgusting is ridiculous. What I do not agree with is countries banning the sale of cigarettes to people born after a certain year, hey drinking is worse when you are drunk and kill people in an accident I don;t see drink bottles have pictures of people dying of liver and kidney disease.
