I come across people who tell me they had this that or other key word domain they forgot to renew or sold it cheap when they were hard up for cash and they regret it now. I will not name the individual he used to be here 5 years ago before he got out of adult sold a domain for $1500 back then and it was recently sold on an auction site for 38K.Did you ever lose or sell a domain you wish you still owned

How about not registering single word dot com's when they were available, think of all the money we lost not taking the initiative back then.
