why is it so hard to partner up with anyone in this business

One time years ago when I was naive and teamed up with 2 guys to build and run some cj sites I got the very short end of it, lost a lot and said fuck you two cheaters.

If you do partner up do not do it with a person you are dating. I did it and not only did the business we had together go south, we ended up breaking up.

Do it right put it all in writing who is chipping in how much cash, who is going to do what, how you plan on selling out your share if you do decide to sell out.This was all basics in business class I took online.
