This is getting cheap ass
I won't mention the host but every year they raise their prices 10% and on top of that i got an email today that as of September 1st they are going to charge a 3% fee for credit cards and 4% for paypal. You know what when I receive both I never cry about the fees I pay, it is called a cost of doing business. I am waiting to see if they have the balls to announce in December they are raising their prices by another 10% starting January 1st 2024.

Check out Ethernet Servers. I used them for several years when I still had sites up. Outstanding support, no BS fees and I don't recall ongoing price increases either. Dedicated, vps, shared, managed, unmanaged.TheButcher wrote: ↑August 3rd, 2023, 12:52 pmI won't mention the host but every year they raise their prices 10% and on top of that i got an email today that as of September 1st they are going to charge a 3% fee for credit cards and 4% for paypal. It is one way to increase prices blaming others.
Stop looking for reps if they don't care why waste your time and traffic at their program, fuck that.

If 4% counts so much for them they might be in trouble and close up one day

Webair (now Opti9) did the same to us a few months back with the credit card fees. It worked out to over $100 per month just for paying by credit card
We've now switched and I wire them the money each month
