How many domains do you own

Just curious how many domains do you guys own?

8 and all of them have sites on them,I put maximum 5 blogs per domain using subdomains then I register a new domain.

Sorry but I have to disagree with you there toons-man

We started off with 20 or so domains but years back we merged them all together into ONE main site https://www.tacamateurs.com. It was the best move we ever made as by focusing on one site, we've grown TAC to around 1.3m hits a day. We would NEVER have achieved that if we stayed with 20 or more domains

I know some people disagree but most big webmasters will tell you that its far better to focus ALL your efforts onto one or two domains. From a google perspective, and for your general branding, its far better to have one BIG site with lots of links & traffic than lots of smaller sites with less traffic.

Think of all the big websites out there, Facebook, Twitter, Pornhub, Xhamster, Instagram etc. They all started off with a single domain which was their brand and they pushed like mad.

Once you've built up your main site or brand, its a LOT easier to use that traffic to launch and/or acquire other sites.

I gave all 27 of my domains with sites to my step son when I got out of the business at the end of last year. He wanted to get into this business but his wife talked him out of it, he sold most thru Godaddy auctions.
