Reps that claim they were on a business trip why they did not reply

So happened to me twice in 2 months, both time I was messaging the reps at 2 programs for my missing payments, no replies, 2 and 3 weeks later I heard back from both, was on a trip and was at a show. Fine welcome back online like there is no internet at shows, now can you pay me. Back to silence again. You really think sponsors can afford to send reps to shows if they can not pay the affiliates on time?
