I can't believe they had Rashford, Saka and Sancho all missing their penalty kicks. It was sad to watch. What an end to a historic day it would have been,Sir Rrichard Branson making the flight and the win for England. Oh well.

There has to be a winner and penalties are the way this game is played it can not go on for hours, the players get tired. Well done to the Italy team players.

Racial slurs took on an ugly show, it was on the news last night. So much for being a good looser. That was uncalled for and mean, it's a fucking game you fail to put in a goal live with it has nothing to do with the race of the player.

Like most people I find the idea of racism totally abhorent but things are getting out of hand now

My girlfriend works for the Savills estate agents (same company as one of the guys who made the racist tweets that are in the news)

They've been getting loads of threats all day and their entire staff (some 6000 people) have been told not to leave the office alone, not to mention who they work for, not to use Savills merchandise - umbrellas etc. She hasnt got a racist bone in her body but now her and all her colleagues are afraid to go back to the office

This is getting ridiculous now. How the hell can they attack somebody simply because they happen to work for the same company as one of these racist idiots ?
