If you deleted posts but didn't permanently delete them yet, you can find them in the trash section of posts.

That's my problem, I deleted 7 posts and emptied my trash, but have newer posts since those so can not just use the last backup of my database, i'll lose the newer posts.

If the posts are permanently deleted, the only way that I know of is to see if Google has any of those pages cached so that you can go in and get the content and make a new post from it. If Google hasn't indexed it yet and you don't have backups with the deleted posts included (Like, rolling back the whole MySql db) , I think you're out of luck.
*Or if you have newer posts, but backups of the posts that you lost, you could back up your current posts, restore the backup with your deleted posts, then re-add in the newer blog posts.

Never empty the thrash until the day after, my rule of thumb, learned this the hard way.

A plugin like that would be cool but it does not exist because once you delete a post it is removed off the database.

Plugins work off what is in the database so once a post has been deleted it is no longer available on the database so it's gone.

If it existed that would be a charm, but alas it does not.
