[BUSINESS] moving my blog question

[brt22]

Hello

I want to do this right and not make a mess of the blog. I have a blog on the domain (root) and want to move it to a subdomain on that blog, anything I need to know up front , do I re-install the blog or is there an easier way to do it.

Tahnks in advance.

download all the files, uploadittothe new subdomain and kep the same database, go to the settings tab, click on general, change this url to the new one "WordPress Address (URL)"

All done.
