SSL certificates

[shoopa]

Where can you get them for cheap or free. I', not paying $80_$100 per site. Any pointers?

Most hosting providers will give you at least one for free with an existing account or a new one... I never had to ask the providers I been using lately just added them to my accounts free of charge.

If yours wont do that for you get hosting with this guy http://virtualadult.co.uk/ the packages on his site seem limited but if you speak to him he is very flexible and willing to put together whatever specific package it is you require including dedicated.

There are free SSL certs and less than 10$ a year.

Let's Encrypt is free, but ironically their site does not use their own SSL, but from another paid SSL cert haha.

I wonder why they use another SSL when they have their own.
